Seven years ago, my journey began with a small dream and a business called Simply Cheesecakes/Alexandra Cheesecakes. Through years of learning, growing, and refining my craft, I discovered not only what it takes to create exceptional desserts, but also what it means to build a business that truly serves its customers.
Many of you may remember Simply Cheesecakes/Alexandra Cheesecakes as the wholesale bakery that supplied cheesecakes to stores across Louisiana. That chapter taught me invaluable lessons about quality, consistency, and the importance of creating desserts people genuinely look forward to.
